1. Agreement

By using visualshapes.com (the Site), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

Visual Shapes offers a free library of abstract shapes in SVG and PNG format. We may also offer premium collections in the future, which may have their own prices and license terms. We may add, change, or remove shapes and features at any time.

3. License to use the shapes

You can download and use the shapes in our free library at no cost, in personal and commercial projects, including websites, apps, social media, print, presentations, and client work. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You may:

  • Resize, recolor, edit, and combine the shapes in your own designs.
  • Use the shapes in logos and branding, but you cannot claim exclusive rights to the shape itself.

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the shapes as they are, or in packs, templates, or collections, including on stock marketplaces.
  • Offer the shapes as standalone files that others can download.
  • Claim the shapes as your own original work.
  • Use the shapes in unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content.

4. Ownership

We keep all rights in the shapes, the Site design, the name, and the logo. The license above gives you the right to use the shapes, not to own them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to download the whole library, overload the Site, or try to break its security.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site and any Visual Shapes plugin may link to or work with third-party services, such as Figma. We do not control these services and are not responsible for them.

7. No warranty

The Site and the shapes are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Visual Shapes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using the Site or the shapes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
